5星計劃條款及細則

• To qualify for the 5 Star Program, you must have a minimum asset level of $250,000 CAD ^註腳11 or make at least 15 online stock, 交易所買賣基金 or option trades over a three month period. 一旦符合計劃的要求資格後，客戶在隔天即進入5星計劃。

• 期權轉讓與權利行使，以及CNQ市場交易將適用一般佣金收費表。

• 每筆交易單獨計價，沒有多筆交易的組合折扣。 For example, where multiple trades are made on the same account, for the same security, on 投資組合內持有的 same exchange on the same side of the market on the same day, each trade is charged the applicable commission rate.

• Commissions are charged in the currency of the security traded.

• 優先利率不適用於註冊賬戶，註冊賬戶按標準利率收費。

• BMO InvestorLine will reimburse transfer fees based on standard industry rates, to a maximum of $200 (CDN) per transfer, and may limit this offer at its discretion.

• To qualify for the annual administration fee waiver, clients must belong to the 5 Star Program at the time the 註冊退休儲蓄計劃（RRSP） administration fee is being charged (December 31 of each year).

• Level II quotes (market depth) are only available for NASDAQ, the Toronto Stock Exchange and 多倫多證券交易所（TSX） Venture markets.

• 若多個賬戶要合併以獲得「5星計劃」的參加資格，該賬戶必須由同一人持有及/或共同持有；或各賬戶可連結至註冊於「5星計劃」的單一用戶ID。如果您使用客戶ID存取您的賬戶，則合併價值將根據此客戶ID下的所有賬戶計算得出。 If there is more than one Client ID user in a household residence, then all the assets under those Client IDs will be combined to qualify for the 5 Star 計劃。

• If your Client ID includes Self-Directed & adviceDirect accounts, the assets in your adviceDirect accounts will be included for qualification in the 5 Star Program.

• 本計劃不對「投資俱樂部」及「合夥人」賬戶開放。BMO InvestorLine reserves the right to exclude accounts at any time.

• 一般佣金收費表適用於未取得資格的客戶。 所有佣金收費及服務均可能改變。
